Tour Summary
Due to the amazing success of last year's tour, another is scheduled for this Fall!
Over 3,000 people took the tour last September which raised thousands of dollars for local area non-profit organizations.
Come, enjoy a magical self-guided walking tour of Fairy Houses displayed in both public and private gardens in Portsmouth's historic South End neighborhood.
Families, gardeners, nature lovers and the young at heart will be enchanted by these whimsical fairy habitats, built for the fairies to visit. Highlights of the tour inclide:
- Enjoy many Fairy festivities including bubble machines and the Artisan Display's in the park's Sheafe Warehouse
- Meet Tracy Kane, author/illustrator of The Fairy House Series of books and videos
- Enjoy the entire tour and multiple stops all within walking distance of each other
- Watch excerpts from the ballet: Houses The Journey, the Magical Migration of the Monarch Butterfly performed by the Southern NH Youth Ballet on Saturday and Sunday at 1pm and 3pm.
- NEW building site in the historic woods beside Governor Langdon's Historic Mansion.

Tour Schedule and Tickets
Dates: Saturday, September 18 and Sunday, September 19
Time: Noon to 4:00 pm on both days
Location: Tour begins on Peirce Island where there is free parking provided, tickets, and tour maps available to those who have not purchased them in advance.
Ticket holders may start the tour at any location.
Parking: Limited parking is available on Peirce Island. Free parking is also available at the Portsmouth City Hall. On Sunday, enjoy a flat-rate of $3 between 10am and 5pm at the downtown parking garage!
