Extreme Air is a nationally competitive jump rope team currently consisting of athletes from Maine and New Hampshire ages 8-18. They train in speed and freestyle in both single rope and double dutch. The team previously competed in Cincinnati earning their way to Grand Nationals in the double dutch triad event. They also put on workshops and perform demos to promote the amazing sport of jump rope.
